For me, creativity has always been a way of making sense of the world. But too often, it gets reduced to content, productivity, or output. Alterform began as my attempt to resist that—by treating creativity as practice: slow, imperfect, human.

Now, it’s becoming something larger. Together, we’re exploring what it means to create differently—through making, moving, and experimenting. The work itself is the transformation.

Our modern culture prizes productivity has fractured how we create. Alterform is our way of reclaiming the slower, truer work of making—work that reshapes us as we do it.
