Instead of aiming for perfection, optimizing our performance, or constantly pushing ourselves to produce, practice prioritizes learning, growth, and cultivating the conditions to create from our authentic core.
Practice is the process by which we do something repeatedly, make mistakes, learn what we are capable of and challenge our limitations. Each time we practice something, we’re reshaping ourselves.
