Form

MOVEMENT FOUR

GATHERING

STRIP AWAY UNTIL ONLY THE ESSENTIAL REMAINS

Choose one direction and let the rest fall away. At some point, all the options we’ve explored need to collapse into a specific direction. Form is that moment. You stop keeping every possibility alive and choose the one that feels most charged right now. The one that pulls you forward. This is also where we move from adding more, and go deeper. The constraints and boundaries stop feeling like limitations and begin to create clarity.

Review everything you generated in Open. Choose one direction and one detail that feels charged. Amplify it—repeat a line, enlarge a shape, exaggerate a moment. Don’t correct or refine; intensify what’s already there.

How to work with today

You discover that limitations stop being obstacles and become the structure of what we create. You begin to see constraints and limitations as something to work with rather than against, bringing clarity, focus and depth.

What this practice cultivates
