MOVEMENT SIX

Create space so you can see clearly

Step back and release the need to control the outcome. Distance allows insight to surface and the work to evolve on its own terms. Not all progress is visible while you’re working on it. Sometimes the most useful thing you can do is stop engaging with the work and let your mind reset.

Sit comfortably and relax your shoulders. Breathe in quietly through your nose for a count of 4. Hold your breath for a count of 7. Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 8. Repeat for four rounds.

HOW TO WORK WITH TODAY

This practice helps interrupt a cycle when you’re stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in a mental loop, and create space for an intentional response. You create space to shift out of reactivity and respond with more clarity. Sometimes the most effective way forward is not more effort, but a shift in your physiological and mental state.

WHAT SHIFTS WHEN YOU PRACTICE HERE

QUESTION TO REFLECT ON

What becomes possible when I interrupt the loops that keeps me trapped in the same patterns?
